Entretien
I submitted an application through the website. ChowNow was quick to communicate and the process moved along faster than I thought it would. I received one phone interview and then an in-person interview with multiple stages. I also shadowed a few of the current employees.
The people I spoke with were all very friendly and definitely reflected the character of the company. The interview had a few of the standard interview questions but I felt like the interviewers were really trying to understand or see if I would be a good fit for the company.

What do you think of the phrase “The customer is always right?”
I was referred internally by an employee, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview, and then she ghosted me - didn’t show to the interview, didn’t reach out or reply to any of my emails. Then 3 weeks later she reached back out, didn’t apologize for her previous communication and asked if I was still interested.

Was a three-step interview process. First was a phone call, then zoom meetings and another zoom meeting. Overall, everyone was nice but I felt like they asked the same questions in different ways. And for a CSR position it felt too extensive.

Unfortunately made it through all 3 phases of the interview process, was offered the job, even completed all of my onboarding paperwork and enrolled in benefits only to be told my job offer was rescinded for something completely unrelated. It was incredibly disappointing.
