Step 1. Straightforward phone interview with Candice who is very personable and asked situational questions. This was more to get to know me and my history.
Step 2. In person interview a week later with 6 different people from different departments. That may sound intimidating, but again everyone was very energetic and enthusiastic to talk to you. This made the interview process go smoothly. Again, very personable people.
Step 3. Waited only two days before I got a call from Candace telling me we'd be moving onto the offer step as soon as I provided some professional references for them to call.
I was referred internally by an employee, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview, and then she ghosted me - didn’t show to the interview, didn’t reach out or reply to any of my emails. Then 3 weeks later she reached back out, didn’t apologize for her previous communication and asked if I was still interested.

Was a three-step interview process. First was a phone call, then zoom meetings and another zoom meeting. Overall, everyone was nice but I felt like they asked the same questions in different ways. And for a CSR position it felt too extensive.

Unfortunately made it through all 3 phases of the interview process, was offered the job, even completed all of my onboarding paperwork and enrolled in benefits only to be told my job offer was rescinded for something completely unrelated. It was incredibly disappointing.
