The interview process is fairly easy. Questions asked aren’t very difficult. Normally the interview panel will consist of 2 people and very friendly sometimes one of the service users would also take part in the interview process

it was not bad,asked basic care and support questions,THEY ASKED QUESTIONS MAINLY TO DO WITH LEARNING DISABILITY SUPPORT AND CARE.they asked about what to expect ,training needs ,salary and rate of pay
