First I got an introduction call for half hour, then I had a pair programming call with two engineers the interview was about the android task and how to implement it.

Pay full attention to their condescending way of taking applications. - Scheduled a call with talent acquisition who broke the appointment twice, without even last-minute rescheduling (first disrespect sign) - First technical interview with Senior Engineer who also broke the appointment (second disrespect sign) but it went down with another interviewer after I emailed them. - Got a big assignment to solve within a week with a few problems in it btw. - Rejection email with no clear explanation with a very crude explanation about not cutting it without the slightest bit of technical feedback despite that I politely asked for one (third disrespect flag). I guess it is always quicker to just say no directly without challenging someone's views or solution. They said that they appreciated the time and effort I invested in the process but still treated me in the worst possible ways after coming a long way. My only hope is that no one falls for this and ends up humiliated by the likes of these people who lack the minimum amount of respect.
