Round 1: Semi-structured/Group discussion (Leaderless group discussion). In the first round, it's a one-on-one interview, and in the group discussion, there's no designated leader. Round 2: Semi-structured interview with two interviewers. I was interviewed for about 6 to 7 minutes and then came out. They also asked me whether I planned to take the civil service examination.
