I had 2 rounds of interview with a senior management and HR director, and a few calls thereafter. I have asked quite a handful of questions on company structure, roles and responsibility, project info among others and they were patient in clarifying all of them. When I asked if I could get a glimpse of the project org chart during the 1st interview, it was not readily available; in the 2nd interview, the snr mgmt remembered and prepared a copy and explained to me the structure and how I would be able to fit in. He left me impressed with his earnestness and humility despite his senior post.
