No engagement from the interviewer plus I got ghosted! Followed up a week later after their deadline and I was sill ignored. For a 7 years old company they should really know basics of recruitment- once you start interviewing you should really get back to them! It simply shows that the organisation lacks values and has no respect towards their candidates or their time. They really need to pull up their game and get an internal recruiter that can do the job and understands the importance of candidate experience or simply train up their hiring managers on basics.
