A series of describing one’s work and school experiences. There will also be some questions about conflict resolution and how you handle yourself in intense situations. Pretty straightforward and simple questions.
The interview was nice and quick. I interviewed with the director and she was very easygoing and made me feel comfortable. It felt like a conversation more than a interview.

Average interview, make sure you know how you would resolve internal issues, parent conflicts or children behavior. Would also benefit you if you know any children books, stories, or songs as well, since they may ask what's your favorite story or song to do with a child.
