I interviewed with someone on the recruitment / talent acquisition team first who was very nice and clear on next steps of the interview process. I then had a phone screen with someone on the team and progressed to a third round. The third round was with two team members - one was there really just to listen in. I did not think the interview questions were really effective and explaining my background and showing what kind of worker I am. They ask you the same series of questions (strengths / weaknesses) for the past 3 jobs you had - one of those jobs was a job I had 6 years ago. The interviewer also asked me if I liked my past and current managers, and what their full names and titles were. I thought that was very odd.
