the first round was a 20 mins online brainteaser questions and then move to an half-hour on-campus interview about the behavior questions and some brainteaser and market sizing problem. Then the last round onsite interview with other candidates.

Three rounds of interviews. First round is a screen by the hiring manager followed by a meeting with some traders on the desk and finally an on-site. The process was fairly standard and the questions asked focused heavily on strategy and how you’d deal with trading decisions rather than math and stats.

Asked a bunch of behavioral/ past experience questions and then continued on to mental math/ expected value questions. Had two separate 30 min interviews. Both interviewers were friendly and encouraging.
