I was contacted by email two days after applying to setup a phone interview for the next day. The hiring manager not only never called, but texted that they were disappointed with how our interview went three hours after the missed, scheduled interview.

Initial screening call followed by interview with supervisor
HR provides you with a ton of documents/questions to prep which did not translate to the actual interview
The salary in the job description was not the actual salary (it included benefits, potential stock investments, etc., so be weary of that, especially if relocating to a more expensive area for the role).
