Entretien
3 rounds of interviews:
1) Recruiter
2) Regional Operations Manager
3) 4 Onsite Managers (including GM)
1st round (phone) consisted of standard behavioral questions with incredible pace that definitely did not do the process justice. Recruiter reading boilerplate verbiage to simply get their pitch out there. Definitely not a strong interview and didn't add any tangible value.
2nd round (phone) was with a regional manager that ran several buildings. Conversation was fantastic with relevant questions and well thought out answers. Definitely a positive experience that provided relief after the rather worthless 1st round.
3rd round was onsite at a fulfillment center with round robin interviews with HR, AGM and GM. Mostly par for the course with standardized questions. HR interview provided most value and best thought provoking questions/discussions.

Entretien
The recruiter calls and talks with you for about 15 minutes. Next there are 4, 45 minute interviews (most in the same day). 1 with the GM, 1 with the Senior Ops Manager, 1 with an Ops Manger, and 1 with HR. If not selected, you will receive an email stating you are not selected to move forward.
