Process went as follows: I Applied online - was contacted by Hiring Recruiter to schedule phone interview. The Scheduled interview time then passed - received an email saying recruiter could not get off current call and would call as soon as they could. No call. I sent email at close of business to reschedule (emergencies happen). Rescheduled for next day. Time for rescheduled interview passes, no call - no email - no explanation. Shuffling my busy scheduling around twice without professional respect or courtesy is frustrating.

Had an hour plus long phone call with recruiter, discussed multiple roles and next steps. I never heard back from recruiter after being told we would move forward with process
