unprofessional behavior by some senior people in this company. Asked few questions just for formality. no respect for candidates' time. don't interview here because even if you answer correctly, interviewer will say that we are moving to next round and then you will be ghosted after that.

Was contacted by a recruiter who sent my resume on to another recruiter. The second recruiter scheduled a 45 interview with the hiring manager. I'm not sure if the hiring manager was inexperienced or ill prepared, but he didn't seem to know what to ask. There were a few poorly phrased behavioral interview questions. On the whole, he kept saying over and over how this was a "real" data science position, and a "hard core" data science role, and that Chewy is a "fast moving" company. And yet he never asked any technical questions to ascertain whether I was a "real" or "hard core" data scientist.
