The recruiting process at Chewy takes a little longer than other companies, but it is worth the wait. My recruiter, Amy, was fantastic: very friendly, responsive, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. She even took time to prepare me for the type of interview questions I would encounter, which is above and beyond the average experience with a corporate recruiter. I've been a recruiter myself for the past 15 years and I was very impressed with my experience and especially with Amy!
Everyone I interviewed with was friendly, gave valuable information about the company, and asked meaningful questions.

Question 1
The final round of the interview process takes about 4+ hours is focused on behavioral interviewed questions to be answered using the STAR model. It is something you will want to take a little time to prepare for. My recommendation having gone through it is to ask the Interviewer for clarification if you do not understand their ask. I say this because some of the questions got a little lengthy so it's best to clarify what they are looking for if you're not sure. All the questions were focused on my past experience so it's not too difficult to have examples. Reviewing past data points is a good idea so you can incorporate them in your answers. Good luck! Everyone is really nice throughout the process.

The recruiter was extremely rude. She didn’t answer my questions I asked and was very dry. She explained compensation but nothing about the company, it’s standards what it’s like in the role. Completely turned me off.

The interviewer was very unprofessional during our video interview, she kept looking out her window the whole time that I was responding to her interview questions, and she was not engaging at all with me. She could of at least faked some kind of warm friendliness towards a candidate. I did not have a good candidate experience with her, nor did I even hear back from the company about the status of my candidacy, I had to chase it down to find out. I would not want to work here now after this experience, nor will I recommend to any of my network either. Their loss.
