The process includes recruiter screen, 1:1 interviews, and final round with larger team. Most people I met were great except one interviewer that was very distracted. Diversity is important to me and a big red flag a was the lack of diversity in my interviewers and the inability of the team to articulate diversity initiatives. When asked, the recruiter flat out admitted they didn't know. Another interviewer assured me Chewy has diversity initiatives but they don't openly discuss this internally and couldn't share details.

Interviewed with about five people… Everyone was super friendly. Questions were what you would expect. Make sure to study the operating principles and reference those in an interview, they will notice the extra time and effort put into the interview. Overall, I think it was a good experience.
