I was approached directly by a recruiter for scheduling a phone conversation through Indeed. Reserved my time slot through Chewy's online calendar appointment portal. On the decided day, the recruiter never called neither responded to the email. Also, left a voicemail but they didn't have the courtesy to reply back or cancel the reservation. Very disappointed with unethical behavior by recruiters of such an amazing company.

The proccess was very quick as I only had a phone screnng with the Recruiter, which was followed by an interview with the Site Lead, Sr. Ops Manager and HR BP.

From reading quite a few mixed interview reviews about chewy, I was weary of even scheduling one. Much to my surprise (not), the recruiter I was going to interview with had an “emergency”, and said they would reach back out later in the day to reschedule. It’s been about 2 weeks now since then, and I’m no longer interested in working with the brand. I feel sorry for anyone who works for them. If this is any indicator of how the company runs, then they’re in big trouble.
