The interview was done via Webex, they tested the application the day before with me and had some difficulties that couldn't be solved and therefore I had to do the interview on my phone which was less than ideal. I had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time to receive a call from the interviewer and there was clear miscommunication between the hiring manager and recruiting team
