The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had an initial phone interview with HR which was then followed by two separate phone interviews. All phone interviews were casual and easy going, standard interview questions were asked - what are your strengths/weaknesses, what is your background and experience, etc. Everyone was polite and friendly. I was then asked to travel in for an on-site interview. This was also a seemingly easy and streamlined process. However, the whole on-site experience felt a bit rushed and disorganized once on campus. My on-site HR contact was absent the day of my interview and I was quickly rushed through departments to the point that I did not even meet the team I would be managing / working with or where I would be located in the space. I interviewed with four separate individuals while on-site, the two people I had spoken with on the phone, and two additional people who worked in the department. The entire on-site interview and tour took about two hours total. Overall, I was mostly disappointed by the interview process because of the way HR dealt with my on-site interview and the follow up I received to it. I would take precaution when applying here and make sure they are truly validating your experience when considering you for the position, especially if you are applying from out of state.
