J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chevron (Buenos Aires) en févr. 2019

First I was contacted by a third party interviewer for a quick.short pre-interview (screening) on spot. Then, an hour interview with the same third-party interviewer. On same day he called to say Chevron liked my profile and asked me when I could go to Chevron office to have an interview with company's hr. When I got there (15 minutes before interview time) and announced myself, he person I was to see was out for lunch. I was mate to wait. 30 min later (15 min after interview time) i asked the receptionist if the hr lady had returned, they called and she was still not picking up, called a coworker and he said she was still out for lunch so they made me wait a bit more. Waited 15 more minutes (45 since I arrived, half an hour past interview time) and sent email to third-party interviewer to check, few minutes later, as I was about to leave a receptionist called me to say the hr lady was not to interview me but that the interviewers were the two hiring managers, and that they were waiting for me. So I went up to the 9th floor and had my interview. The two hiring managers were one from Manila and the other one from an office in Brazil. Interview was fully in English though we're in Argentina. Manager from Manila was awesome and looked interested. Manager from Brazil was a bit less impressed by my CV but still was nice and polite. They asked me questions about my current job and why I wanted to leave it. They brought an org chart and showed me the company's mission and vision and how the team I was applying for was to help in the pursue of those general views. Later, they mentioned the next steps in the interviewing stage. I felt comfortable and the people were all repectful. A bit after a week i got an email to have an English level evaluation. I haven't received any news yet although I was told I've passed the language test. I still have two more instances to go through (that is, I'd they are still.interested in my profile). There were no references regarding money or benefits, but I was asked what my salary expectations were.
