The interview was a panel session with three to four supervisory level members of the group. They said that they ask the same questions to every candidate so they could have an apples to apples comparison between all applicants. I was also told that getting to the interview phase meant that I had passed several layers of review even though I didn’t have any prior interactions with the group.
