I just hired by Chetu Ins. where I completed my Four rounds in my interview process. Believe I was so much scared for this interview but when I start this I got a very easy and supportive interviewer.

Question 1
those Question and answer were Like this :
1.) First was online tests related to PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript basic optional.
2.) In the second round, I got a telephonic interview round and a person asked me lots of basics question with some logics structure and new function in PHP and MySQL.
3. ) in third round i was in skype and interviewer asked me the same question but this time he asks me to write some little programme and SQL query over Skype.
4.) Now I got the HR Round where there was some basic question related to salary and details about my past company.
Management is not good...hr will not pick up your call when you selected....if this is your recuirement process then why you people time waist to the candidate...if she received call then she said i m in metting such a lier hr

1st round will online test which i given...next day called to hr what is my result she said you are passed that test next will be telephonic round to the next day....i called her she didn't pick i don't know what is issue i called many times she is not response ....if you are not selected for further round then you tell the candidate aleast you are not selected...
Impressive interview taken by Chetu noida oops question are mostly in interview the First round is aptitude and the second one is technical round and today is my third round in Chetu
