I received a cold phone call from talent acquisitions that informed me that the position was a “temporary/3 month” (important details that were not included on their website) who insisted on getting me in front of the hiring managers the next day. I was then put on a Teams call, where they confirmed the short-term of the position, advised that it is not a help desk role in as much a low-tech call center/customer service position, and that they will not offer me a benefits package despite expecting a full-time commitment with possible overtime. Also, only one manager on the call had my resume and information.
