very bad, manager did not ask job related questions. They are more focus on future goals than fixing the problems they have. lack of knowledge, lack of communication. Managers seems to be distracted with the amount of work they have at the moment and not so sure if they will hire you. You need to show a lot of interest in the company for them to give an opportunity.
