You will be asked to first complete a 60-question multiple-choice TalentPlus personality assessment to determine your work style and strengths. Just answer these straightforward questions honestly. After that, you'll have at least two STAR interviews of about one-hour each, where you'll be asked the typical "Describe a time when X happened. What did you do? What was the result?"

Is three rounds of interviews. The first one is a 15 minutes call with the recruiter, then a video interviewwith tour possible Manager and then a final interview with the Regional Manager of Growth.

It interview process was fast, relaxed and inspiring. Both, recruiter and hiring manager were excellent, polaite and always kept me informed about the process. They provided me an entire explanation about what to expect, Job description, salary and benefits.

Very simple interview process consisting of one phone call and two zoon interviews. Common recruiter interview questions were asked like my previous roles at other companies, greatest achievement, how I handled negative incidents etc.
