It’s an AI interview. AI is looking for specific keywords and the catch is you don’t know what they are. You get penalized for not speaking like AI. (When I say AI I do not mean hireview which is amazing)

I can’t even remember. You’re talking to words on a screen. It was awful even though they try and give it a human voice.
