The hiring manager did a brief phone screen to start. They then had me do a technical project that took a few days. The technical project was reviewed in 2 technical interviews with other team members over video chat. Finally there was a day long on-site interview. During my interview process, two of interviewers just didn't show up for scheduled interviews. This happened for both the on-site and video chat interviews. After the interviews were finished I was told they'd have an answer to me within a week. Many weeks, and 2 follow-up emails, later I still haven't heard back from them. Overall the process felt uncoordinated.
