I reached out to company while at a company event. Met the position's manager and had an informal conversation and met a team member too. After learning more about the role decided to send over a resume and apply for the position because the people I had met were all people I wanted to work with. Then a time to go to the office was scheduled, I went to Seattle and interviewed with four people. A mix of technical questions, handling customer issues and general conversation as a cultural fit. After passing that round, another interview with the higher ups and I received an offer.
