well structured, organized, friendly and supportive. Interview with several managers and a final presentation. I always had the impression i can communicate openly and my questions have been replied direct and honestly.

Additionally, they openly expressed dissatisfaction with the company culture, making negative comments that raised concerns about the work environment. Overall, the process left a poor impression, suggesting a lack of alignment within the team and weak leadership.

4 Stage Process.
1st Stage: Screening interview with a member of the Checkout Talent Acquisition team.
2nd and 3rd Stages: Interview with two VP's of Sales including a role-play scenario.
4th Stage: Final longer and more in-depth interview with Senior VP of Sales.
