Phone interview with recruitment team to expand on my background, knowledge of CKO and interests outside of work.
The second stage was a video interview with the Customer Success VP (my direct report) to talk about what I can bring to the team with including examples of deals that I have worked on in my existing role.
The final stage was with another remote interview with a VP of Commercial team to expand on my experience and ideas on a longer term basis.

- 4 stage interview process - The first two stages are straight forward interview questions to check it is a right fit - The third stage is a case study presentation, key is to focus on the data and what improvements you would make - The fourth stage is with senior management and is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, a culture fit

Contacted via email to arrange first stage, telephone interview with Recruitment was very straightforward. Second stage with hiring manager was the hiring manager telling me about the company, their expectations etc. There was no real structure to the interview and I didn't have much opportunity to actually speak abut myself, skills,experience etc.
