Disorganised vague and lengthy. A process which began in late January and ended in mid March but only where four interviews were completed in total. Some interviews were duplicated as well which gave the impression of low communication. Disappointed with the lack of feedback as well, I put a lot of time and effort into the process including a visit to their offices. To then be mugged off with an automated email after being a finalist was very poor.
