It was great. I met with a few devs and the CTO, talked shop, told them about my experience, and mostly got a sense of how well we all fit while only loosely touching on technical things (it's usually not too difficult to tell if a developer can help or not, anyway). After that we met up again with more devs, and again, just got a sense of how well I'd work with everyone.
