initial phone call regarding the job, a short 30 min test, a 1.5 hours test on SAP system, an interview with the team leader, an interview with HR. all in all it was a huge waste of time, I was very overqualified for the job which requires the total of having a pulse for no money because they want students with no experience to sit and enter orders.

First you have an at home assignment, then 3 interviews. The assignment is quite easy, follow instructions and write an email to an imaginary customer. Then in person interview, follow up interview with department lead, and then HR interview, where they want two recommendations.
