I applied to an online advert on the companies website. I had 2 interviews, during both I was made to feel welcome. One was with a Director and the second was with a different Director followed by a meet the team lunch, both interviews were in their Boardroom. The whole process took about 2 weeks and I was kept up to date regularly.
