Have to be able to answer the companies questionaire before being contacted by HR for a phone interview.
WIll be called in for a 1 on 1 with director of IT staffing if phone interview with HR goes very well.
Will come in for a second inperson with the rest of upper management to verify you are the right fit for the company.
WIll have an offer letter about a week after if all goes well.
