The interview process was very easy and fast. One thing they did not do was inform me about the class such as behaviors or concerns that I should have been aware of before starting the position.

Very typical. All questions that you would expect during the interview process. Classroom Management, pedagogy. They have a very set curriculum. Heavy emphasis on culture. Sounds like adequate planning is provided.

Entretien
For a teacher they did a great job about asking questions to cue classroom management skills. I also liked how they want to know about your experience with students who may be challenging.
