At first there was a standard screening interview with a internal recruiter, which was very professional and on point. A few days later i was given a mini project to complete within a week. The project consisted from standard rails / sidekiq / faraday / docker tasks with integration and unit tests to accompany it. A few days later i was told that the company found a better match, without pointing out to any possible improvements for the code, code review or any technical feedback whatsoever. That’s confusing. If you ask a candidate to complete a day long project, at least be respectful to provide a reasonable feedback

Smooth process, Friendly interviewer, It has 4-5 rounds, The main technical round was about 1.5 hours and they asked ruby questions in first 30 minutes, then they asked for ruby live coding and then database and system design questions.
