Got connected through a recruiter, had the worst interview experience with Justin Weiss (founder). He asked typical behavioral questions but then would roll his eyes as I was responding. At one point he actually put his head down on the table as I was speaking. He ended the interview abruptly saying that I "don't seem like I have what it takes to work for him 24/7 nonstop and be on call at all times and it's low likelihood that I ever work at a startup at all". Just wildly rude way to speak to someone, unprovoked. Even if you don't think I would be a good fit for the company, you can still be polite. An interview is a two way street and this experience turned me off from this company forever. Obviously the co-founder of this mental health care company doesn't care at all about mental health if he's berating strangers interviewing for him and expects his employees to be on call 24/7.
