Reposting since my last post on their interview process was taken down without reason. The process started off with a recruiter screen – they were fairly quick about this and provided info about the job. Following the screen, I took an IQ test prior to interviewing with the team. After the IQ test, I moved onto an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked questions around my previous experience and asked a few SQL questions to test my SQL knowledge. After an interview with the hiring manager, I was tasked with doing a take-home SQL assignment and case interview which involved analyzing data they provided and creating a PowerPoint presentation. I submitted the SQL assignment as well as a deck with my presentation and had an interview to present these findings to the hiring manager and a stakeholder. After this interview I had another interview with the hiring manager and another stakeholder to present the case study. After the IQ test, take-home assignments, and 3 interviews, I had another interview with another stakeholder who asked about my prior experience. After successfully completing the interview loop, I was asked to provide 4 references – Charlie Health did call them all of them. Once I finished the interviews and they called my references, I received a verbal offer from Charlie Health. A couple days passed and I received a call telling me that while I still had the offer, official sign-off was delayed due to some folks in leadership being out of office and was told this wasn't a cause for concern. A few days after that I was told headcount was being pulled for the role. In summary, the whole process took approximately 1.5 months and resulted in having headcount for the role pulled after I'd gone through the entire process and received a verbal offer.
