There were two interviews: a recruiter interview and an executive interview with your potential work supervisor. They both ask largely the same questions, clearly trying to meet certain benchmarks. They asked about experience working with groups, the LGBTQ+ community, youth, and diverse populations. There’s also a mandatory reference check that is the last step before receiving an offer. It was very fast-paced and they gave me an immediate response of whether I would move on to the next step before the interview was over. You need a peer reference and a manager/supervisor reference. I also think it might be valuable to mention that while I was in the middle of the interview process (in-between interviews #1 and #2) another recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn (and LinkedIn profile link is required as apart of the application) and I felt that this may be reflective of how they run their organization. As a job candidate, it came off as disorganized and valuing over-productivity at the expense of quality and efficiency. I’m hoping it’s not actually like that. They did send me an offer but failed to mention throughout the interview process that you cannot work for them if you own a Chromebook, so they rescinded the offer.

I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The interview was very brief because the recruiter asked about my usual rate and my availability to work evenings.
I met with a recruiter for a brief and informal interview. The follow ups are requested to be done in 24 hours which make the process feel pressured and rushed.

Half-hour interview with recruiter discussing job requirements and my own work experience. Plenty of time given to candidate to discuss their strengths and goals for their career. Company was prompt with communications and follow up.
