Ghosted by the recruiter. I was so excited to be selected for an initial screen with a recruiter, I scheduled time, prepared, showed up 5 minutes early and was ready for it! Unfortunately, the recruiter never showed up for my interview. I sat in the Zoom call for 10 minutes before dropping. They never emailed me to let me know they'd be running late - I know that happens (I too am a recruiter and understand how busy schedules can be) however to completely ghost a candidate that's scheduled for an interview is not acceptable. This job market is difficult, by the looks of your glassdoor reviews, paying special attention to candidate experience should be top of mind. You gotta show up for your candidates, and for the roles you're supporting.

I had someone reach out to me via LinkedIn back in February about this role, had a Zoom interview with the recruiter and then was sent the Raven Assessment. I completed it and followed up with the recruiter multiple times and never heard back or even got a rejection email.
Fast forward to June, I had a different recruiter reach out to me about the same role- I speak with her and then get a rejection email a couple of hours later. This companies recruiting process is distasteful and I feel like they just reach out to as many people on LinkedIn as they can to hit their metrics - not really caring if they hire you or not.

Why did you decide to schedule a call with me today?
Interviewer forgot to call at the scheduled time of interview and didn't email until the next day. I was hoping for an email or notification that they couldn't make it but I had to reach out on my own to track them down.
