J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charlie Health

It was an odd process and so many red flags throughout the process that I ignored. First, a random person within the company (not within the recruiting space) reaches out via LinkedIn message to schedule a 15 minute call. From there, they send out a puzzle assessment that needs to be completed in two hours from the initial interview. Then, it is meeting with the director and then he’ll send you an assignment that needs to be completed within two days (don’t allow yourself to go this far with them). Once you submit the responses, you’ll have to coordinate a two hour presentation to defend your responses in front of panel. They rush you and pressure with tight deadlines but will take a week to get back to you on a response. So many red flags for a company and it is NOT worth your time. Better to wait for companies to start opening up your doors then to be desperate to join a walking red flag company.

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
