I was reached out to on LinkedIn about this position. I completed a phone screening, interview with recruiting coordinator, interview with manager, and 15-minute last round interview with director (15 minutes??). Whole process took about 3.5 weeks. Interviewers were nice, but seemed a little disingenuous. My conversations went well overall, and it seemed like my experience lined up with what they were looking for. They requested 4 references, two managers and two colleagues. They reached out to my references to schedule time to speak with them, and before they could schedule time to speak, I received a call from the recruiting coordinator telling me they chose someone else. Why reach out to my references if you're going to reject me -- all in the same day? Pretty unprofessional, in my opinion, and shows a lack of communication within the recruiting department. I was pretty confused about that, and so were my references. Not a great interview experience overall. Don't necessarily recommend, but to each their own.

Initial call with a recruiter, Victor went very well, from there I completed a behavioral analysis, then interviewed with a lead admissions rep. From there she gave a glowing review and I was asked for references. The recruiter then calls me to give a verbal offer, I accept and he stated he would pass it to HR for approval. A few hours later I am called backed and offered $2k less than what was originally communicated. I accepted and he said he would send it to HR for approval. A week later he calls back and tells me they decided to go with different candidates. This is following several rounds of requesting me to change information on my LinkedIn, remove my open to work banner, and a VERBAL OFFER. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and ethics. What kind of mental health company treats candidates this way?

Interview process was pretty smooth. They provided a lot of great information. Went over salary as well. My interviewer was super friendly. I would do the interview all over again!

Had a great initial meeting with their recruiter, got through all the rounds. I didn’t do my best and hit a wall with my final interview. My big problem was that they just ghosted me and only let me know I didn’t get the job after I emailed twice asking. When I then asked what I could do better in the future or for feedback I still got none… then another week after that I got a request to review their process.
