The process was time consuming and very intense. In total I spent about 9 hours interviewing and working on a case study. After spending this unnecessary amount of time, I was sent an automated no-reply rejection email. It's insulting that after making it to the final round or interviews, only to be sent a no reply email that was word for word to what other candidates who didn't even interview received.

So far I’ve only had my first interview, it was fast but seemed pretty thorough. The recruiter explained what to expect clearly. I will be sure let you all know what comes next on my interview journey! Good luck to anyone interested in Charlie Health.
