Typical process: Phone interview, panel interview with multiple people asking standard job duties, performance and personal questions. My phone interview was with a manager, who invited me to a second interview. My second interview was with one employee, and two managers.

Initial review took two months but once the initial reunited call took place the interview process was fairly quick and streamlined. The entire process consisted of three additional interviews following the phone screening.
