Extremely long and painful process that needs to be streamlined. Communication from HR can also be significantly improved. Overall, I did not have a great experience with the company. The interview questions were basic and nothing too complex.

Tell me about a time that you had to deal with a difficult client
It began with a phone screen and after deciding to move forward it progressed to a 3 hour interview process where we ghosted, interviewed with upper management and went through a walkthrough of the building. Overall pretty simple interview remember STAR method.
