The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter. It was about 20 minutes and I was asked a couple behavioral questions. The second interview was at the location with one manager. That one lasted about 45 minutes and I received a tour of the facility. We sat down and talked for about 25 minutes about my previous experience and he asked a couple other behavioral type questions. The next day I was offered the job then started the background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen process.
