The interview process took a bit of time but in the end was worth the lengthy process. There was an initial online quiz, then a phone screen, then an interview with managers and then another interview with different managers.

Awesome interview process. Not very heavy on any technicals but they are focused on why you want to pursue a career especially at Schwab. They asked a lot of questions about my internship experience

Initial interview with recruitment staff. She was amicable and proactive. She coordinated the following interviews. The second and third rounds of interviews were with the regional VP, the immediate supervisor, and tentative colleagues from the branch. Staff seems to really like their job and company culture.
