I applied to the client services help desk role, and received an invite to do a phone interview. The process for setting up the phone interview was pretty straight forward. I was asked various questions about my current position, myself, why I applied for the position at Schawb and so forth.

Entretien
Started by asking why Charles Schwab followed by 3 situational questions. They want to hear you answer using the STAR method. Situation, task, action, result. Suprised how quick it went. Was done in under 30mins after asking probably 8 questions

Tell me about a time when you were critiqued and received feedback. What actions did you take going forward.
The interview process was pretty standard. Asked basic level interview questions. It was only one interview.
I spoke with the brand manager and met with other advisors. They were really nice and professional.
So far the interview process has been impressive. Charles schwab talent team seem to have a process that had been very efficient. Communication has been great! I look forward to hearing from them
