The screen very conversational and was used to get a better understanding of me and my background. I was told that my information would be shared with the team and what next steps may occur if the team wanted to meet. I moved on to the next step, which was virtual interviews with the team. The team was great! The interviews were also conversational which made me feel comfortable. My HR advisor always kept me updated with each step, which was very helpful.
